We are looking for individuals (or teams) who share our vision for building the UK’s most successful and recognisable mortgage brand. We want to work with those people who want to start their own business, or improve their existing business. More importantly, they have to share our vision to raise the standards of mortgage broking by providing a first class service, excellent marketing and outstanding results for clients. The ideal broker partner would be entrepreneurial, ambitious and love what they do.

The Mortgage Experts model would suit a broker who has recent/current mortgage brokering experience in the UK. Our belief is that people buy from people, so for this reason, we want to make the brand about YOU. It’s important that clients get to know, like and trust you before they transact with you, so you will be the face of your brand. Ideally, you will have knowledge of creating video content and using social media however we are happy to help if you are prepared to learn. How much can you earn?

This opportunity really does give you unlimited earnings potential. Our broker partners earn 80% of ALL the income generated on a mortgage case.

Doing one case per week, based on a Mortgage value of £200k. You will earn over £103k a year!

So what do we offer you?

Training, Coaching, Accountability

We will share our knowledge and experience with you in what it takes to build a thriving mortgage brokerage. We hold bi weekly Zoom meetings as well as regular 'inperson’ events with guest speakers. We have also designed a 'successblueprint’, which is a step by step guide to building your mortgage business by using our systems, processes and strategies

Dedicated Client Support Team (optional)

We have a team of experienced, dedicated mortgage administrators who are on hand to support you and your clients throughout every step of their application. The administration side of a mortgage application can be laborious, frustrating and stands in the way of the really fun part of the job; speaking to clients and doing more mortgage applications.

We have an opt-in/opt-out system for administration support, and you only pay when the case completes, meaning no monthly charges. The cost of this is £100 per completed mortgage application. The team are also able to maintain your case load during holiday periods for a set fee.

Tools and Technology

Your partnership with The Mortgage Experts will give you access to our market leading, customer facing CRM system 'MidasPro’, with built in sourcing functionality (powered by 27Tech and Solution Builder). Our system has been designed to enable advisers to give accurate advice with ease. Midas takes away many of the monotonous tasks that other brokers have to deal with, making the process extremely quick and easy to understand. It is user friendly and incredibly easy to produce your compliance materials and suitability report.

Building your personal brand

People want to deal with people, not a faceless company. Seeing another human face automatically builds trust. Your brand is your name and your face, that’s why we put your personal brand on all marketing material. We will help you build your personal brand so you can become the go-to mortgage expert in your area.

Marketing material

We have a dedicated marketing team who are constantly creating new and relevant marketing material to help you generate business. There is a catalogue of templates, digital assets, canvassing cards, direct mail cards, merchandise etc. that are automatically personalised when you log in to our online print ordering platform.
