We are seeking a Mandarin speaking Mortgage Broker that is looking for a new venture. This will be a career opportunity that will not disappoint any aspiring, goal-driven Mortgage Advisor. The City based roll would be working for an award-winning brand who prides itself on its reputation and outstanding market knowledge.

This exciting opening will give you the opportunity to work with both Mandarin speaking property investors and individuals on luxury property portfolios. Due to the client’s expertise you will be able to utilise bridging, commercial, development and other financial structures. As a result of the unique needs of its client, the company is in the exceptional position of having established relationships with private banks and lenders not available to many other firms.

Credentials needed:

  • Full CeMAP or equivalent
  • Mandarin speaking (written and verbal)
  • Proven track record in mortgage sales
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience mortgage advisory experience
  • Experience with HNW and Ultra High Net Worth Clients desired
  • Well presented.
  • Effective communicator; building good rapport with clients that is nurtured into long term relationships.
  • Drive and enthusiasm
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels
