Job Description: As a Mortgage Broker you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their mortgage financing needs. From initial consultations to securing the best mortgage products, you will guide clients through every step of the process, ensuring their financial goals are met with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' mortgage needs and financial circumstances.
• Leads are uncapped through partnerships with several estate agents in the area.
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders, tailored to each client's specific requirements.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth and timely mortgage transactions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies at all times.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other industry professionals to generate referrals and expand your client base.

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification is essential.
• Proven experience as a mortgage broker or adviser is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a CeMAP qualification and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to client needs and market changes.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary ranging from £24,000 to £30,000+ depending on experience, with the potential to earn an additional 15-25% commission based on the amount of business written
