Mortgage Broker - Leigh-On-Sea

A1Personnel are currently recruiting for Qualified Mortgage Brokers, on behalf of our client based in Leigh-On-Sea.

Duties will include:

• Attracting new customers and business

• Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet client needs

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams

• Taking part in regular branch meetings

• Showing clients what they can achieve

• Thinking outside of the box, broadening clients opportunities

• Walking clients through their entire mortgage journey

• Once hitting a certain level of business, you will receive support from a Case Manager

You will require:

• CEMAP qualified with industry experience

• Good understanding of the current market and lender criteria

• Self-motivated, keen to succeed and progress

• Good organisational skills

• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
