Role: Mortgage and Protection Consultant

Location: Kent

Salary: Up to £40,000 + bonus (OTE £60,000+)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable financial services firm based in Kent, for a talented Mortgage and Protection Adviser or Protection Adviser to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, catering to their specific needs and circumstances.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and establishing trust.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most suitable mortgage and protection options for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product knowledge to ensure accurate and current advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues, fostering a positive team environment and sharing knowledge.
• Embrace the freedom of remote work while actively participating in quarterly team meetings, promoting team spirit and relationship-building.
