The Mortgage & Protection Advisor Role
As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor for the company, you'll be provided with quality leads directly from the two Estate Agencies that you will work alongside. It will be your role to guide clients throughout the mortgage & protection process, helping them secure suitable mortgage & protection products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor key responsibilities

• Work across two Estate Agencies based in Alton and Farnham
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage & protection products
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare mortgage & protection products from various lenders and providers
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate advice
• Maintain excellent working relationship with the Estate Agents

The Mortgage & Protection Advisor Package

• Estate Agency based
• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm (No Saturdays)
• Basic Salary: £30k
• Commission 20% - No validation

Mortgage & Protection Advisor desired skills and experience

• Experienced and Qualified Mortgage Advisor
• 2+ years Mortgage Advice experience
• Experience providing face to face mortgage advice desirable
• Able to adapt to clients requirements
• Able to build rapport quickly and create lasting relationships
• Organised, professional and punctual
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Professional and presentable
• Self-motivated and proactive
