The Mortgage and Protection Advisor Role
As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor for the brokerage it will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage and protection process, helping them secure suitable mortgage and protection products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice and guidance to clients
• Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage and protection products
• Tailored Mortgage and Protection products to match financial circumstances.
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare mortgage & protection products from various lenders & providers
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice

Mortgage and Protection Advisor desired Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor
• Proven track record of mortgage and protection sales
• CeMap Qualified or equivalent
• Positive and friendly approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
