Mortgage Advisor

Are you an Experienced Fully Qualified Mortgage Advisor seeking a new position within a Fast-Paced independent Mortgage Brokers? Our clients pride themselves in providing top-notch Mortgage Advice with a wealth of experience in the industry. They are now looking to expand their dynamic team with a talented Mortgage Adviser who will benefit from robust admin support and an abundance of leads.

Working hours

• Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.30
• One Saturday per Month
• Office based

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000
• OTE £50,000 - £100,000 based on performance and longevity.

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Mortgage Advisor position
• Fully qualified CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
• Ideally CAS Status
• Able to build and forge strong relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and able to research.
• Provide exceptional client service.
• Strong negotiation and influencing.
• Organised and effective time management
• Proven track record of writing high volumes of business

Key duties for the Mortgage Advisor position will include:

• Speaking to customers face to face and over the phone
• Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
• Convert booked appointments into business
• Contact customers for missed opportunities
• Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
• Provide advice on mortgages
