Our clients are a directly authorised independent mortgage brokerage who are seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor to take on a lucrative opportunity. You will service a busy lead source stemming from multiple introducer channels.

Mortgage Advisor - Scope of Role:

Our clients are a flourishing and forward thinking operation who offer a whole of market mortgage and protection service, who strive to deliver the very best customer journey / outcome whilst steadily maximising sales opportunities. Their partner firm are a well-respected local business with a very lucrative lead source as well as a large client bank with incredible amounts of referrals and returning customers. Due to the continuing success of this dynamic, they are now keen expand their family further, with the addition of an experienced Mortgage Advisor.

Mortgage Advisor - Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate will display outstanding customer service skills as well as being highly motivated, professional and a real "people person", with the ambition to be the very best they can be. As a minimum you will be required to have:

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Experience selling mortgages and protection
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to place mortgages accurately
• Desire to be the best you can be and a hunger to consistently improve your sales performance

Mortgage Advisor - The Package:

• Competitive Basic Salary commensurate with experience
• £60,000 - £70,000+ uncapped On Target Earnings
