Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their mortgage requirements and financial goals
- Provide expert advice on various mortgage options and products
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation
- Evaluate client creditworthiness and financial information to determine eligibility for loans
- Collaborate with lenders to negotiate favorable terms and interest rates on behalf of clients
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring they understand all terms and conditions
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and changes in lending practices
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan details
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial services, including mortgages, loans, and interest rates
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyse financial information and assess client creditworthiness
- Proficient in basic maths calculations for loan calculations and financial analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
