Mortgage Advisor

Our clients, a Mortgage brokerage in the Preston area, are looking to recruit a Mortgage Advisor to join their team.

The position will be office-based, writing Mortgage business from leads provided. Our clients are happy to consider a fully qualified Advisor or Trainee Advisor with part CeMAP qualifications

Salary package on offer for the role of Mortgage Advisor

• £25,000 Basic
• OTE £35,000 - £45,000
• Leads provided
• Tiered Commission scheme

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5pm (1 late evening until 8pm)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays working remotely 9am – 2pm

Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor

• Part CeMAP OR Fully Qualified
• Experience in Customer service / Sales
• Ability to close for business

Responsibilities included in the role of Mortgage Advisor

• Conducting Mortgage appointments via video or phone call
• Recommending Mortgage products
• Writing Mortgage business
