MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Redhill, RH1

Salary: OTE £60k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a busy Estate Agency Group which provides copious amounts of warm leads to its prolific Mortgage Services Division based in Redhill. 

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified; have current Competent Advisor Status (CAS) and be an excellent communicator; able to build rapid and long-lasting rapport with customers.

You will have great attention to detail, the ability to spot business opportunities, demonstrate that you are self-motivated and have a proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment.

Skills: The skills required for this Financial Services: Mortgage & Protection Advisor role will include:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• CeMAP (or equivalent) Qualified
• Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
• Previous use of mortgage specific software
• Skilled at cross selling opportunities
• Smart & well-presented
• Well-spoken and articulate
• Excellent telephone manner and superb inter-personal skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
• Hold a full UK driving license
