One of our highly successful mortgage broker partners are seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Advisor as a result of continued growth plans.

• Working in the Brighton & Hove and Lancing area, you will have access to a fantastic lead source through an awesome branch network of 9 market leading estate agency offices!
• You will have to be heavily focused on working through a steady stream of quality leads to deliver business results and outcomes for your customers
• The remuneration for the Mortgage Advisor role will be on a competitive self employed basis and we anticipate that successful candidates will genuinely earn in the region of £70K + pa once established, although there is no limit or cap!
• You must be CeMAP or equivalent qualified to advise & recommend mortgages, with at least 2 years or more experience of mortgage advising, especially as a broker
• Excellent telephone manner is essential as is a professional outlook!
• Living within commutable distance is important as you will need to work 3 days on a hybrid basis in these 3 branches as a minimum
• CAS is essential too!
