The Mortgage Advisor Role
As a Mortgage Advisor for the company, you will handle a varied range of Mortgage enquiries; it is important that you have a well-rounded knowledge of the mortgage industry and whole of market mortgage advice.
You will need to yourself as a natural leader and mentor, setting the standard of best practice within the company, and sharing your passion and knowledge for the industry with the team.

The Mortgage Advisor Package

• Salary up to £40k
• Commission for self-generated leads up to 30%
• Commission for provided leads up to 17.5%
• Average case size £500k+
• Leads provided, self-generation encouraged and supported.
• 25 days holiday +bank holidays +Christmas & New year
• Administrative support post submission
• Commission for referrals to in house Protection Advisors

Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• Qualified Mortgage Broker / mortgage advisor / Mortgage Adviser
• 3 - 5 year’s experience as a Mortgage Broker
• Experience with residential, specialist, complex and buy to let mortgages.
• Well-connected within the industry
• Ability to generate new business.
• Passion about the industry
• A natural mentor & leader
