Main Duties:

• Operate flexibly, choosing between home-based or office work.
• Manage and organize your schedule autonomously.
• Collaborate with a renowned estate agency in Rawtenstall.
• Offer comprehensive, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to prospective clients.
• Access and serve the existing client base, facilitating remortgages and product transfers.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Broker, or Adviser.
• Demonstrable track record in offering mortgage advice and protection products.
• Ideally located within a 30-minute commute of the Rawtenstall office.
• Possession of CeMAP, MAQ, or CF1 and CF6 qualifications.
• Clean credit history and full driving license are mandatory.
