Main Duties: As an experienced Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Adviser in Bristol, you will:

• Receive 6 - 8 new mortgage appointments weekly.
• Handle mortgages up to £900k with an average loan size of £350k
• Access a rich pool of new mortgage leads daily.
• Tap into Bristol's existing client database for remortgage opportunities.
• Collaborate with a substantial client base in a high-performing office.

This role offers an attractive basic salary and substantial earning potential with bonuses, commissions, and incentives, allowing you to earn nearly 50% of total banking figures (including a high basic).

Key Skills: To excel as an experienced Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Adviser in Bristol, you must:

• Be fully CeMAP qualified.
• Possess a strong understanding of mortgages and related protection policies.
• Be a team player, working closely with professional introducers to refer clients and leads.
• Be proactive and comfortable contacting the existing client database.
