Overview:

A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Ashford, Kent office dealing with mortgages up to £600k, with an average property value of £250k.

Main Duties:

Working in this busy estate agency office in Ashford, as an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will receive 8-10 new mortgage appointments per week, dealing with properties up to £600k and an average loan size of £250k.

As well as receiving new mortgage leads daily, you will also have unlimited and unrestricted access to the Ashford’s existing client database. As an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be able to offer a remortgage service, to ensure that the clients are receiving the best possible mortgage advice.

The Ashford estate agency office has a substantial client base, and according to an independent property company, over 120 properties are sold per month in the area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to receive a good basic plus high OTE.

Our client offers a generous payment package, with bonuses, commissions, and incentives to earn nearly 50% (including a high basic) of the total banking figures.

Remuneration:

To £31,000 including car allowance, plus financial guarantees to £45,000 for 6 months plus pension, DIS, car or car allowance, OTE £55,000 - £75,000

Key Skills:

As an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working in the busy Ashford estate agency office, you must be fully CeMAP qualified and have a good working knowledge of mortgage and the associated protection policies.

Being a team player is paramount for this role, to work closely with the team of professional introducers helping them refer clients and leads over.

This role would suit an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser who is pro-active and doesn’t mind contacting the existing client database.
