Position Overview:

As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their mortgage needs. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complex world of mortgages, ensuring that our clients secure the best deals tailored to their unique financial situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Whole-of-Market Expertise: You must have a deep understanding of the entire mortgage market. Your ability to provide unbiased advice across various lenders and products is essential.
• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients. Understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, splitting your time between our Mansfield office and remote work. This balance allows you to serve clients effectively while maintaining work-life harmony.
• Salary and Commission: We offer a competitive base salary of up to £28,000, plus uncapped commission OTE £60,000. Your hard work will be rewarded!

Qualifications:

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
