We have an exciting, employed opportunity for a Mortgage Adviser to work in a friendly, family centric offices in South Woodham Ferrers, where you will become a valued member of the team.

You will be based from the offices and is a full time role but flexible working/shifts can be considered for the right candidate.

Basic salary £24,00 to £30,000 depending on experience plus commission structure with OTE of £50,000+

Ideally looking for someone with some advising experience, but would consider those returning to the industry after some time out.

You would be responsible for providing mortgage and protection advice to clients, both from company sources and through your own networking or reputation. Service is key and keeping the clients at the centre to provide outstanding advice and looking for referrals to help you flourish.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' financial situations, goals, and requirements to determine their mortgage needs.
  • Obtaining and checking relevant documents and submitting applications.
  • Advice and recommendation on mortgages and protection, highlighting the benefits, risks, and suitability of each option.
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other parties involved in the mortgage process to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their changing needs and provide ongoing mortgage and protection advice.
  • Cultivating professional networks and collaborating with estate agents, solicitors, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
