Salary: £25k -£30k + DOE basic + £60k OTE (uncapped) and great benefit package.

Location: Crawley (Office based position)

Hours: Mon-Fr 9am - 6pm + Saturday (9am - 5pm) on rolling rota (5-day week) (2out of 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu).

If so, I have an exciting opportunity to join my clients dynamic and leading brokerage based in Crawley.

As a competent Mortgage Adviser, you will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12-18 months or more experience in whole of market mortgage broking and offering protection advice.

All the broker’s enjoy full administrative support and receive training to satisfy CPD requirements, they hold regular pone-ones and team sales meetings and an annual conference with travel and accommodation provided.

My client shares a good supply of leads generated via several introducers, the web, social media and an extensive client bank, alongside receiving numerous recommendations and a high client retention rate for repeat business due to their exceptional customer service.

This role will require you to conduct fact finds with clients and provide advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet your customers’ needs.
