Job Title: Employed Mortgage Adviser

Location: Stourbridge, United Kingdom

Salary: Basic £24,000 per annum + Car Allowance £3,000 + Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses

OTE: £50,000

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced mortgage adviser with a hunger for success to join a highly successful firm in Stourbridge and become their First Time Buyer Specialist. With all leads provided, dealing with incoming leads and introducers.

You will be working with a local Estate Agents to deliver outstanding advice and recommendations to clients, and therefore experience in this environment is a must. Working at both the firms offices and the Estate agency to help build and nurture the relationships.

We are looking for a motivated individual who also has a passion for protection and maintaining the outstanding reputation of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients within an estate agency setting.
  • Utilise provided leads to convert mortgage opportunities.
  • Offer protection advice confidently and effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets to maximize earnings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a mortgage adviser.
  • Confidence and expertise in providing protection advice.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Maximum commute of 30 minutes to Stourbridge.
