Duties include:
- Supporting brokers and intermediaries with queries and updates
- Checking submitted mortgage applications and documentation to ensure administration is complete
- Completing searches
- Liaising with brokers regarding missing or additional documentation
- Liaising with solicitors throughout the application process through to completion
- Reviewing financial information
- Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify security information
