Mortgage Administrator (P/T - 3 days per week)
Salary: £26k -£27k pro rata + great company benefits.
Location: Bolney
Hours: 3 days per week 9am -17.00pm either Mon/Tue/Wed or Mon/Wed /Thu
Parking available.
Do you want to work for a highly reputable and forward-thinking wealth management organisation that offers a professional and friendly working environment? If so, I have a great opportunity within my client’s mortgage team, supporting with the administration of the busy mortgage department.
You will ideally have a worked within financial services, ideally mortgages, have great communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up client files.
- Checking client documentation and files for compliance purposes.
- Writing draft suitability letters.
- Speaking to local solicitors and estate agents getting weekly updates on the progression of the purchase of the property.
- Keeping up to date with the adviser diaries and ensuring outstanding task are completed in a timely manner.
- General office duties, taking message and dealing with general queries.
- Updating the CRM system accurately - Salesforce
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Great communication and organisation skills.
- Proven administrative background ideally within financial services but ideally mortgages.
- Great IT skills and able to pick up new CRM systems quickly - Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Personable, proactive and methodical in your approach.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance would be an advantage.
