Founded in 2020 Forest Hall Financial Solutions offer advice to clients looking for residential, buy to let, commercial, bridging and development loans as well as a full suite of protection products.

The Role

As a Mortgage Administrator you will provide invaluable support to the advisers in processing and administering their mortgage applications. You will provide clients with a direct point of contact to help them complete their application as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Using your excellent communication and problem solving skills you will liaise directly with clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents to ensure the best outcome for every case.


The Package

  • Monday to Friday
  • Basic Salary £22-28k based on experience
  • 20 days paid holiday, plus all bank holidays plus full Christmas break
  • Training & Support provided
  • Career progression with CeMAP qualification and a path to advising
  • Office based with flexibility to work from home when you need to


Mortgage Case Manager desired skills and experience

  • Ideally you will have experienced working as a Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Case Manager / Mortgage Paraplanner
  • Ideally you will have experience working with Residential mortgage and buy to let administration
  • Applications considered from candidates with experience in similar roles in a regulated environment
  • You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a desire to work proactively, as part of a team to solve problems and see tasks through to completion
  • You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle or live locally
  • You must be competent with IT, notably Excel and Outlook
