Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a successful and well established financial services provider, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.

Working within a busy team, the role will involve the accurate and timely processing of mortgage applications.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting applications on to the system
  • Liaising with customers and brokers to obtaining missing documentation
  • Liaising with property valuers to organise the valuation process and obtain any additional information
  • Attaching reports and other documents to cases in preparation for underwriting
  • Acknowledging incoming post
  • Carrying out land registry searches and credit checks
  • Despatching mortgage offers and solicitors’ instructions
  • Responding to enquiries by email and telephone
  • Administering mortgage offers and post contract variations
  • Issuing documentation to customers

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Educated to minimum GCSE (or equivalent) level, to include Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a mortgage or other financial services environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, internally and externally
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and manage your own workload, whilst working as part of a team
