Mortgage Administrator - Remote Working - £25,000 - £30,000 DOE negotiable

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time and highly experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an incredibly highly successful partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The extremely busy and successful firm are based in Putney, London

The highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business.

The owner of the partner business has been the Number 1 Advisor within PRIMIS Mortgage Network for many years - Not a bad accolade out of 3000 advisors here at PRIMIS.

The firm are looking to grow their business still further with a further addition to their excellent Mortgage Administration team.

The role is Full Time - No weekends

The role is home based and is 100% remote working - ideally it would be great to meet the team on a regular basis even if remote working - meaning a Southern located candidate would be preferred enabling face to face catch ups in the South or nearer home, but this is not essential - finding the right candidate is more important.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers / lenders and have experience of volume mortgage and protection administration.

We are looking for an absolute minimum of 4 years recent independent mortgage administration experience in a busy mortgage broking business ideally with Toolbox experience.

Competitive salary package of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
  • Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails
  • Submission of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 4 years mortgage administration experience.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
