Mortgage Administrator - part time

Seeking a super personality with recent experience in the financial services sector to join our clients’ highly regarded financial services business in Bishops Waltham. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to join an organization with a small friendly team that offers a great working environment. The hourly rate is circa £12 and hours are approximately 20 per week which can be flexed to suit the successful candidate.

The Mortgage Administrator duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Liaising with Clients, Mortgage Advisers, Lenders, Solicitors and Estate Agents
  • Data Input, answering inbound telephone calls and communicating via email.
  • Processing of new applications in preparation for the lenders/underwriters
  • General administration duties including dealing with inbound and outbound post and file scanning
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working in the financial services industry
  • Have mortgage processing experience
  • Have strong customer service skills and a good telephone manner
  • Have excellent administrative skills
  • Be IT literate
  • A CEMAP qualification would be desirable but is not essential
  • Enjoy working in a small tight team
