I am recruiting for a fantastic financial service company in Ipswich.

They are looking for career minded individuals to join their thriving company!

They are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Processor to join their team, you will specialise in the Buy to Let market.

Position Details:

Job Title: Mortgage Processor

Location: Ipswich – Office based

Salary: Up to £29,000 plus fantastic benefits!

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm

You will ensure the smooth processing of mortgage applications, with a focus on Buy-to-Let (BTL) cases.

What you will be doing:

  • Liaising with Solicitors, lenders and third parties, ensuring the smooth progression of the case
  • Attention to detail, updating client records, keeping borrower information up to date
  • Dealing with enquiries from third parties and solicitors
  • Progressing the case through to completion
