Mobility Engineer

As a Mobility Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that individuals with mobility challenges regain their independence and freedom. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and installations of mobility aids and equipment.
  • Providing expert advice and support to clients regarding product usage and maintenance.
  • Performing repairs and servicing of mobility devices with precision and care.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

The Package:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £33,000, depending on experience.
  • Generous overtime pays for those extra hours dedicated to serving the clients.
  • Regular Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm schedule, with occasional early or late finishes.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with mobility needs.
  • Work-life balance with only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings required (3 hours).

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in mobility aids and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and client needs.
