Mobile Building Services Engineer

Are you open to an opportunity working for one of the household names in the construction industry? My client are actively seeking a maintenance engineer to cover one of the London mobile contracts, maintaining a range of their public buildings.

• £40,000 per annum
• Mobile - London (Inside M25)
• Van & Fuel Card provided

Duties

• Planned maintenance (EML testing, Tap temperature testing, expansion vessel PPM, extract fan PPM and general PPM duties)
• HVAC maintenancne duties - AHUs/FCUs
• Emergency Light Testing
• Minor electrical works
• Reactive fabric maintenance tasks
• Reactive tasks and repairs across the sites
• Sub Contractor liaison as and when required

Requirements

• Full UK Drivers Licence
• 17th/18th Edition
• L8 Awareness
