Mixed Tax Manager

Butler Rose Public Practice and delighted to be partnering with our client a well-known and highly successful Top 20 firm of chartered accountants that are now eager to appoint a highly skilled, experienced and ambitious Mixed Tax Manager to complement their team.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual who is looking to join a modern and forward thinking firm. This role will offer a huge amount of autonomy, as well as true uncapped progression with a route to Tax Director / Tax Partner within a few short years.

Role Requirements

* Managing a portfolio of prominent clients from a diverse range of sectors and of varying
sizes, to include corporates, SMEs and OMBs.
* Experience working in all areas of personal and corporate tax - or experience from a
blended personal and corporate tax role with the aspiration to work in mixed tax.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with other team members and
clients.
* Ability to explain technical tax details to clients in a easily digestible manner.
* You will spearhead a team of tax professionals offering a range personal and corporate
tax services to include compliance, advisory, and tax planning obligations.
* Ideally you will be ambitious with aspirations to become involved in client development
and business growth.

Person Requirements

* CTA qualified or part qualified would be beneficial.
* ACCA / ACA qualified (or CTA fully qualified)
* Experience working in an accountancy practice is essential.
* Excellent communication skills to work with both clients and other staff members.
* You will possess strong technical in all areas relating to personal and corporate tax.
* Experience mentoring junior tax professionals would be beneficial but not essential.
