Job Description:
Konker are recruiting for a talented Interior Designer to join this team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial leisure experience and possess a strong blend of creative flair and technical skills. From concept development to project completion, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Utilise AutoCAD to produce comprehensive working drawings for tender submissions.
  • Create visually stunning presentations using Photoshop or similar software to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in site management, liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Embrace a variety of design challenges with enthusiasm, adaptability, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Attend client meetings, design team meetings, and site visits throughout the UK, representing our firm with professionalism and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leisure interior design.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • A passion for creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving project requirements and client needs.
