The Role

A fantastic opportunity for a mid-level back end developer has opened up. We are looking for a highly skilled and communicative developer who wants to join a dynamic team.

You will play a very important role in designing, developing and maintaining the back end systems that not only power the business to business platform but also the business to customer platform also. It is important that not only you have a great work culture mindset, while also sharing your ideas and works with like minded individuals.

It is important you have an understanding of event-driven architecture ( queues and consumers), and experience in containerization with docker.

Developer requirements:

• C# .NET 6+
• Azure
• Docker
• Web API
• Knowledge of queues and consumers

Desirables:

• CI/CD Pipeline
• Unit testing (xUnit and Moq)
• Git
• RabbitMQ
• NLog using a DataDog agent.

The company provides specialist software solutions all across the FinTech sector, working with some of the largest players within the industry. They've got over twenty years' experience in the industry with a head count of over 300.

They have plans to grow and develop the team based in Manchester, with plans to further expand their business plans over the next following twelve months.
