The structured finance team within the international capital markets group is widely regarded as a market leader, consistently recognized by Legal 500 and Chambers.

Role Purpose:

• Candidates will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and experience by working on a range of structured finance transactions. This is including capital markets, securitization, derivatives, and banking technology.
• A key aspect of the role will be contributing to the growing collateralized loan obligation (CLO) market.
• Additionally, the role will involve areas such as structured funding and liquidity/capital solutions, providing opportunities for skill development in the structured finance domain.

About You

• While previous experience in structured capital markets transactions is desirable, candidates from diverse legal backgrounds such as general finance, general capital markets or real estate finance, are encouraged to apply.
• Qualified lawyer with 1-4 years PQE
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
