The London office of this international firm are seeking an Associate to join their banking / leverage finance group.

We are looking for an individual with 3 to 5 years' relevant post qualification experience in the London market (or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction).

The role will involve advising financial sponsor and corporate clients on some of the largest, most complex and innovative cross-border financing transactions.

Skills and Attributes:

  • 5 + PQE.
  • Full spectrum of employment law experience including: dealing with unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, whistle-blowing claims, TUPE; Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Confident communicator.
  • Ability to manage own case-load.
  • Skilled at building and managing rapport with clients.
  • Personable, a team player and good commercial mind-set.
  • Highly motivated and ability to use initiative.
  • Strong interest in business development, including presenting at conferences and seminars.
