My client based in Yorkshireis looking for an experienced, Band 6 Microbiology Biomedical Scientist for a locum contract, starting as soon as possible.

Our client is an award-winning NHS hospital and community services trust providing high quality, personalised, acute, elective, specialist, and community care for a population of over 200,000 people from a widespread area covering 700 square miles within Yorkshire and Lancashire.

They employ over 3,000 staff and have over 350 committed volunteers. On an annual basis, treating over 32,000 Inpatients, 31,000 Non-Elective patients and 155,000 Outpatients.

The Role:

  • Job Title: Specialist Microbiology Biomedical Scientist
  • Band:6
  • Dept: Microbiology
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration:3 Months Minimum
  • Shift Patterns: 37.5 hrs/week

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist
  • Minimum 3 years post registration laboratory experience
  • BSc in Biomedical Sciences or Approved alternative science degree plus post graduate certificate in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
  • UK Experience Required
