MI Data Analyst - Inside IR35

Our financial services client is looking for highly skilled MI Data Analyust to join their Edinburgh team for a 6 months initial contract.

Skills required:

• Key Responsibilities

  • Collate, transform, and analyse complex people data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
  • Partner with the People Analytics Consultants to identify requirements and scope of work deliverables.
  • Deliver monthly insights packs and scorecards in partnership with the People Analytics Consultants.
  • Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand data visualisations and reporting packs.
  • Support with testing and implementation of HR data to reporting systems

  Key Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Data / People Analytics role.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience using analytics tools - Visier, Oracle preferred.
  • Strong data management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience of HR Information Systems
