Location: Warrington

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 2 days working remotely after probation

Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented data enthusiast? Our Client is seeking an MI Administrator to dive into data files, leveraging advanced Excel skills and Office 365 proficiency to support their data analysis efforts. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot, for data analysis.
  • Manage incoming documents and ensure data accuracy.
  • Correspond with clients via Global Inbox, addressing file issues.
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of ongoing processes and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with data regulations like GDPR, FCA, and ISO 27001.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Pivot and advanced formulas.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SQL server is desirable.
