Are you a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Ealing? We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis starting in May.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive MFL lessons to students across different year groups, inspiring a love for languages and fostering proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Teach one or more languages from the school's curriculum, which may include French, Spanish, German, or other languages depending on the school's requirements.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate actively and develop their language skills with confidence.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring differentiation and progression in learning.
- Assess students' progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

• Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification, ideally with experience teaching MFL at secondary level.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
- Excellent subject knowledge and proficiency in one or more languages taught at the school.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
- Commitment to promoting cultural awareness and appreciation through language learning.
