- Annual Salary: £27,000 - £45,000 (commensurate with experience)

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our vibrant team at a forward-thinking secondary school in St. Neots. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to inspire our students and contribute to the success of our language department.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging MFL lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring a high level of student engagement and achievement.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students, providing guidance and encouragement.
- Contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities program, fostering a love for languages beyond the classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold QTS, PGCE, or equivalent relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in teaching MFL in a secondary school setting.
- A strong commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
