Metal Fabricator

We have a fantastic opportunity for metal fabricators to join a clients based in Leicester.

Our clients are well established manufactiuring business.

Duties:
- MIG & TIG welding
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal materials
- Operate machinery such as shears, presses, and grinders
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Proven experience in metal fabrication, including welding and assembly
- Proficiency in stick welding techniques
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in metal fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measuring and marking dimensions accurately
- Knowledge of sheet metal properties and fabrication processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues as they arise

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Pay:

£12 to £16 per hour
