We are currently seeking a confident, lively and resiliient TA to engage our young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and challenging behaviout.

We offer a supportive enviroment and a great team enviroment.

The students and staff have good relationships and the role is extremely rewarding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong confident personality, a great sense of humour and a willingness to work with vunerable young people who have past trauma, difficult home lives, social and emotional difficulties and mental health difficulties.

The provision has a great team who are committed to ensuring the pupils get the most from their education. They provide a theraputic enviroment and a theraputic approach for children who can display very challenging behaviours.

Patience, resillience, empathy and understanding are the traits which make a staff member suitable for our school.

This is a position to start ASAP, or after Easter break

Full time: 08:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday

Teaching Assistant, Mental Health, Childcare or Youth Worker experience would be preferable!
