Do you want to support vulnerable individuals and give them the best opportunities possible?
If so, we are working with a modern and pupil-centred Secondary School in the Borough of in London who are looking for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Assistant to join their supportive, friendly, and hardworking team. The successful candidate will work alongside the brilliant SEND, Pastoral and Safeguarding teams to address the additional needs required by students to reduce barriers to learning.
Ideal Candidate:
- A graduate with an interest in SEMH or SEN.
- Or non-graduates with mentoring or counselling experience is desirable.
- Previous experience or a passion for working with young people to make a positive impact on their lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust.
- Hardworking, resilient, and positive.
