We are looking to recruiting personable, motivated and proactive cash workers to join our team and be part of our journey. You will be involved in meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of mental issues. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. You will be assisting with the tenancy support of these individuals and working collaboratively with other relevant organisations to provide the best level of support.You will be working for a well-established entity, with the potential of progression and the option to complete qualifications.

Your new role

You will be joining a fantastic team of personable individuals while assisting those in need of support.
This role is 15 hours per week, split over Tuesday & Thursday, 8am-4pm & 9am-5pm. However, there is flexibility in which days are worked.
Pay£9,360 per annum £23,088 pro rata

What you'll need to succeed

Experience with individuals suffering from drug and alcohol abuse, homelessness or mental health is required for this role. It is also preferred to have a background in tenancy/housing. You will need to be a friendly, driven individual who can work well alone as well as in a team.
Driving is essential for this role.
