We are currently recruiting for a temporary Medical Receptionist for a busy doctor's surgery based in North Hertfordshire.

This is for an immediately start and will be for a period 2 to 3 weeks at the moment.

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30 - 18.30 - and could be for full or part-time hours within this time.

We are only looking for a candidate who has experience of using SystmOne.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Medical Receptionist:

  • Greets patients visiting the surgery and over the phone.
  • Assists doctors, nurses, and patients.
  • Schedules doctor's appointments for patients using SystmOne
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Prepares medical files.
  • Maintains and keeps patient information confidential.
  • Ad hoc Tasks

Person Specification.

  • Must have knowledge of using SystmOne
  • Locally based in North Hertfordshire.
