Our client, a leading Private Medical organisation, are recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their hard-working, enthusiastic front of house team.

As the Receptionist/Administrator you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Reception cover - meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Administration - general administration as required
  • Supporting the Management and consultants
  • Answering telephones and responding to all enquiries by email
  • Updating systems and keeping relevant records as required
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals and colleagues to ensure that the clinic is run as smoothly as possible
  • Ad hoc duties as required

This is a full-time role (35hrs per week).

Monday to Friday with shift patterns worked between 8am and 8pm.

Based in Central London.

Ideally, you will have a background working or studying within the medical field and a passion for delivering the best service to patients, or perhaps you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a very professional client delivery role.
