Histopathology Startup Seeking A Product Owner!

Our client is looking for a talented Product Owner to own the success of hardware products, from vision to launch. Someone who can lead the charge, defining the vision, and the roadmap, as well as ensuring successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and own the product's vision, lifecycle, and roadmap, including pricing and ROI.
  • Bridge User Needs to Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable user stories for the development team.
  • Manage Scope & Schedule: Partner with product management and engineering to define release scope, prioritise features, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Champion Quality: Oversee product quality and approve releases that meet user expectations.
  • Drive Cross-Team Alignment: Foster collaboration and communication across product management, engineering, and marketing to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Product Owner: Experienced (MedTech + Hardware/IoT preferred). Strong cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Agile Champion: Passionate about Agile (SAFe a plus), thrives in iterative environments.
  • Customer Focus: Empathetic, driven to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Communication Strength: Fluent (English & German), clear communicator, strong influence.
  • Results-Driven: Efficient writer, delivers projects on time.
