Histopathology Startup Seeking A Product Lead!

Our client is looking for a talented Product Lead to spearhead the development of their software products, defining their purpose, roadmap, and features. Someone who can balance profitability, technical feasibility, regulations, and sales potential to create solutions that drive the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Strategy: Define innovative, market-fitting, high-quality software per regulations. Implement SAFe methodology and coach your Product Manager team in Design Thinking.
  • Drive Product Growth: Conduct market research for continuous product enhancements, optimize COGS, and present new product ideas to leadership.
  • Own the SaaS Roadmap: Develop and manage the 5-year SaaS product roadmap, ensuring profitability and alignment with hardware offerings.
  • Manage Full Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product from launch to end-of-life.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Product Leader: Proven track record in MedTech, Diagnostics, or Pharma with complex software solutions.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Demonstrated ability to create and execute software product roadmaps.
  • Data-Driven & Decisive: Skilled in business analytics & making sound decisions based on insights.
  • Change Agent: Adept at implementing positive change. Balances big-picture vision with hands-on approach.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English & German.
