As the Strategy Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for the strategic planning output for existing client accounts.
• Helping the clients you work with to grow their brand advertising to enable longer term growth.
• Upskilling more junior members of the team and helping with their professional development.

You:

• Have experience working in comms planning in a media agency and a wish to move into a strategy focussed role.
• Are passionate about growing your strategic planning abilities in an environment where growth is encouraged.
• Enjoy building relationships with employees, clients and partners.
• Have a good understanding of media effectiveness - a good understanding of data.
