As a senior lawyer in the Legal team, you will play a crucial role in handling complex commercial media matters related to TV, Sport, and sponsorship.
 
You'll provide timely and high-quality legal support and advice on various aspects, including complex bids, partnerships, strategy, disputes, and procurement. Your focus will be on commercial legal transactional and advisory work for senior stakeholders across TV, Marketing, and Brands.
 
You'll be aligned with senior stakeholders in the Consumer division, influencing strategic approaches and contributing to revenue growth and brand protection. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams will be essential, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with the wider Partnerships team.
 
To excel in this role, you'll need comprehensive knowledge of technology, the media industry, and convergence, along with a deep understanding of our client’s business objectives, processes, and the legal and regulatory framework.
 
Your ability to deliver strategically important projects and make sound business judgements will be crucial, and excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills will help you succeed.

We are looking for a first-class technical lawyer with extensive experience in the media sector. In-house experience of advising companies in the TMT sector is preferred.
